Legal Travels | Claire Crowley, Esq.
Legal Travels grew out of my love of travel and the law.
I began Legal Travels to explore the legal issues, cases, policies and legislation that impact the travel, tourism and hospitality industries. From flying and cruising to vacationing at resorts or visiting local restaurants, these industries have significant impacts on our daily lives. The rapid evolution of these industries has changed the ways by which we travel and the locations that we travel to. With the advent of Uber and Airbnb, travel has become as easy as opening an app on your smartphone and selecting a destination. But with these conveniences come controversies and with controversies come lawsuits, policy changes and even new apps and new methods of travel. This is where Legal Travels comes in – it’s a blog where the law and the travel, tourism and hospitality industries meet.
I am a Boston based attorney and licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. While most of my articles have a New England focus, I do enjoy covering topics that are of national and international interest as well.
I represent clients on travel and tourism matters and offer freelance legal writing and legal research services. To inquire further about my services or to pitch a story idea, please contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org or 857.770.1274.
